Practice Note
The electronic lodgement of forms CK1, CK2 and CK2A is a hybrid lodgement system
and requires a duly signed hard copy of the form, as submitted electronically, to
be lodged with CIPRO (either by post or physically) before the lodgement would be
complete.

Payments to CIPRO Cashiers
As of the 1st August 2008 CIPRO cashiers will only be able to receive cash
transaction, no cheques or cards will be accepted at the cash tills.
This is a temporary arrangement until further notice. Our customers are also advised

Notice of Commencement of co-operatives act, 2005
The President has determined 2 May 2007 as the date on which the Co- operatives
Act,2005 (Act 14 of 2005), will come into operation. The Minister of Trade and Industry
has furthermore approved the Co-operatives Administrative Regulations under the
said Act, which will also come into operation on 2 May 2007.
